“Eating our Roots” wins an emmy
We are proud to share that Season One of our original docuseries “Eating Our Roots” with Chef Ippy Aiona won a Regional Emmy Award for Short Form Editing. Eating Our Roots is a celebration of the iconic ingredients that make up Hawai’i food culture and the local farmers, growers, fishermen, ranchers and cultural practitioners that steward them. From fish, to 'ulu, pa'akai to macadamia nuts, see how these ingredients shaped our islands history, landscape and food culture.
