“Eating Our Roots” with Chef Ippy Aiona is an 8-part docuseries celebrating of the iconic ingredients that make up Hawai’i food culture and the local farmers, growers and fishermen that steward them.
In each episode, Chef Ippy will feature one local ingredient, tracing its origins to Hawai'i and exploring its significance in the island's culinary heritage. From fish, to 'ulu, pa'akai to macadamia nuts, see how these ingredients shaped our islands history, landscape and food culture in EATING OUR ROOTS.
